Cancellations or rescheduling require reasonable notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Custom Herbal Formula assessments require completion of the relevant questionnaire. Assessment fees are non-refundable. Formulation costs, if applicable, are discussed separately prior to preparation.
